Gentle Restorative Yoga
Join me for Restorative Yoga Workshop where the focus is all on YOU.
We’ll begin with a Guided Meditation; an invitation to transform through the power of the imagination. Then soften into Gentle Restorative Yoga poses; an opportunity to reduce stress in our bodies, relax our minds and bring a healthy balance back into our work and our lives. Relax and receive lots of Hands on Healing Touch!
We'll explore valuable Self Care Techniques including powerfully healing Breathing Exercises, the use of Essential Oils with their special healing properties, Chakra Thai Chi and the restorative bliss of a blessed Rest.
HATHA YOGA
Hatha is a traditional style of Yoga with postures that align muscles and bones, balance the nervous system and open the many energy channels of the body—especially the spine, allowing energy to flow freely. With a focus on the breath in each pose, it invites a calming of the mind and a greater awareness of the present moment.
It is a path toward greater balance of strength and flexibility, of effort and ease in each pose, in each moment, with each breath.
Hatha Yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation and invites all ages and levels to transform.
*My classes can be taught one on one, or small groups in your home, in a studio, a corporate setting, or in a Workshop or Retreat. No experience needed, you are all welcome. Everyone anywhere can benefit from Yoga!
